They are wonderful. I was shocked how at ease they could make my toddlers. My kids actually look forward to going. Very highly recommend.
It used to be 5 stars for all 4 kids but Patty was the worst! I called to let them know my child was sick after returning from a road trip. We rescheduled. Towards the rescheduled date I get a bill for a missed appointment. I call and email. She said they had to start enforcing this policy I let them know I called hence the rescheduling of the missed appointment. There’s def a record of that. This was the email response. No care. Update: This is the only place I trust, they have consistently provided great service. Ive moved out of the area and as long as I live in DFW, my daughter will come here. The hygienist and dentist were patient and gentle with my 14 month old.
All of my kids can get their cleanings done at the same time here.
Dr Colter and team really take time to show you how they value your family. From being quick to get people into the chair, to providing gentle coaching to kids learning about dental health. They ensure that children grow up with positive experiences with drs and dental health. We love the office and al they do
