RecommendedHad a great Experience with Tricia today she was helpful and knowledge about the frames and what would fit my prescription and my style. Dr Henline was informative and Thorough. This has been my go to place for eyewear for seven years and I’ve always got great customer service!
After sending me the wrong glasses for a warranty claim I recurved the correct pair only to find the lenses horribly scratched and the glasses shoved in a case way to small. Now a month into this process and have to wait another week and half off a replacement not to mention the lenses are suppose to be scratch resistant.
I Highly recommend All About Eyes after my first visit. Everyone was very nice and got me in and out very quickly. The appointment scheduler online is a great tool!!

This business was great about getting back to the customer a few years ago. However, this past month no one has bothered to follow up on my husband’s order. They do not return calls promptly nor do they call you when they promise to. There are too many places to have eye exams and order contacts that it is not worth the frustration in dealing with All About Eyes. Help!!!!! Still waiting on contacts. Update 5 days later. Great service at AAE in Peoria! Melinda was very patient and helpful as I tried on probably 30 pairs of glasses! And Lexi and Harley were helpful as well to the choosing process. Melinda also shared specials my insurance offered that another local eye center never informed me about. I got a phenomenal deal and great service! Thank you Melinda, Lexi, & Harley!

I was so impressed with the service that I received at All About Eyes. Dr. Suarez and Ann R. were both AMAZING! I not only got exactly what I needed and wanted but I actually had a really enjoyable experience interacting with both of them. I've been to several of the other big, well-known alternatives in town over the past few years and quite frankly - those places were not very good at customer service and they were extremely expensive.
