When visiting All About Eyes for the first time yesterday, I was greeted immediately and taken directly to the check-in desk. Dr. Augustin made a very personable impression; he greets and brings each patient into the exam room himself. I had help picking out eye glasses, all of my questions regarding insurance were answered, and I was even able to order online through their specialist my favorite glasses! Thank you!

They are the nicest people! I went in to order new glasses and Ashley helped me by using an online coupon i didnt know anything about. She even went above and beyond and talked to me about how to utilize my eye benefits to get the most out of my coverage. She told me that my new glasses would arrive with 5-7 business days and they were there in 2 days! They are super helpful and very kind.
I went into All About Eyes in Mason City not happy knowing that I needed to get glasses. Ali and Jayn were most patient and reassuring with me and made me feel very comfortable with my choices. I would recommend everyone to visit them for all their eye concerns. I know I will !!!
