Legal Action pending against this company My contract with All About Air in Hayward was for them to install an LG mini split system for new construction. The contract specifies that they would provide a one year warranty on labor. The unit never worked. I had another HVAC come to my home to evaluate the problem. They said that the unit was not installed properly. All About air refuses to correct the problem unless I pay them additional money regardless of the one year warranty.
