DO NOT USE THEM!!! ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I booked and CONFIRMED to have my carpets cleaned and was given a window of 2 hours on when they would arrive. I waited for over 6 hours! They informed me (after I had to call them numerous times to find out when they would arrive) they would have to reschedule in 3 days. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!
