RecommendedAlinea was truly an experience. All senses were entertained. I don’t want to spoil it, but each doh was extraordinary, the wine pairing was superb, and every aspect was thought of. Well worth it.
I had the most incredible experience at Alinea on Tuesday. The wine pairings were so very on target. Several of the courses brought such nostalgia, and one in particular brought actual tears to an old farmboy’s heart. Thanks to my friend Timothy for taking me and thanks so very much to the chefs and staff of Alinea for such a great night out! Especially to Mario for putting up with a couple of rather rowdy diners!
I have finally recovered from food poisoning I suffered after eating at your restaurant Monday night. I was completely disgusted with your response to my message to you after alerting you of my experience. It wasn’t your food that made me sick, no one else got sick that night, but I hope you had a wonderful experience, blah, blah, blah....Guess what? It was your food that made me sick!
