Alinea is a complete sensorial stimulating experience. Simply, AMAZING.
3 Michelin stars and at least double the normal price as it was NYE(1500 per person). I would expect EVERY dish to be superb but most were ok. Asian inspired dishes that didn’t compare to China town. When that much is spent, The food should be out of this world. Each and every one. Not saying the “experience” wasn’t great or the service as they both were. But I’m there for the food and at that price. It was not worth it and I left hungry. Really was looking forward to this too.

11/10 - Enjoyed every moment of the experience, and we were still surprised even though we were “expecting the unexpected”. It’s true that not everything is what it looks like. Plus the food was delicious and you will be full but not bursting at the end. Also, the service is exceptional. We booked The Aviary afterwards and the servers at The Aviary welcomed us by pouring myself still water and my partner sparkling water without asking (they remembered our choices from Alinea).
