Everything was absolutely stunning!
This restaurant has provided the best sensory experience I’ve had in 36 years on Earth. No joke. It inspired me to go to culinary school, and it has pushed me to experiment with foods in ways I’d never considered. I have the menu framed in my kitchen, and it’s the only framed thing in the room. Disgraceful. I’ve always wanted to go to Alinea, but I will spend my dollars somewhere else. My criticism is 100% reserved for the restaurant, and not the Clemson players themselves—most of whom are hardworking and many of whom I’m sure are good guys. The limelight is bright and youth is, well, wasted on the young. The food was amazing, of course, but what makes this 3 Michelin star worthy is the staff; they put on a show. If you can afford it, go. IIf you cant afford it, cash in your 401k and go.
