I was very pleased with Dr. Alikani's decision to try other options before doing the surgical procedure for a pacemaker.
All staff members are courteous, polite, and knowledgeable
Dr. A took his time and listened to me. He was patient and thorough in his explanation of my condition and upcoming procedures.
Dr. Alikhani is very caring and explains everything well. His staff are thorough and helpful.
His medical staff has been unable to get correct documentation of my having worn a heart monitor in 2023 prescribed by Dr Anthony Dorsey. This is needed before I can have a loop monitor.
I have been under the care of numerous cardiologists over 3 decades, and by far Dr. Alikhani comes in at the top. Even when the office is obviously very busy, he never gives the impression of needing to rush. He always ensures that I understand his answers to my questions, treating those questions with time, diligence, and respect. Dr Alikhani has been caring for my husband for several years. I believe he has saved his life many times. My husband has AFIB AND VFIB, a defibrillator and a pacemaker and Dr. Alikhani has kept him going through all of this! He is wonderful!
I found Dr. Alikhani through a telephone call with a business person who said, “Dr. Alikhani saved my life.” That is exactly what I said in reference to my very first cardiologist, “She saved my life.” After several years with another cardiologist I determined it was time to find someone else. WOW! Dr. Alikhani is amazing! He is knowledgable and kind. He reviewed all of the paperwork that was provided prior to our appointment. He asked thoughtful questions to better understand the issues and provided a true approach to possibly finally finding a solution. Outstanding bedside approach and office manner. For this I give him a 5! I agreed to have Dr. Alikhani implant a Confirm Rx Insertable Cardiac Monitor device, but had numerous delays with getting registered. Only giving 2 stars.
