Such excellent service, answered all my questions patiently, and really appreciated the fluid check and vacuuming when I was actually in for an alignment. Mostly interacted with Eugene and Gustavo, but all the guys were super friendly. I also noticed the care when an oil leak was detected, Eugene (I think it was), made sure I knew about it—even catching me before I pulled out to be sure I had been informed. The 15% Costco discount was an added plus. Will definitely be back.

The owner of this business is probably the best I know in attention to detail and care for doing the right thing for the customer. Our truck is lowered & has 26's & they aligned our truck when nobody in Omak could do it.
Good people terrible alignment went back 2 times first one steering wheel crooked and pulling to right went back steering wheel crooked other way but driving straight ignored it for 2-3 weeks around 1500 - 2000 miles and then noticed major inside tire ware on MY BRAND NEW tires went back then he said to give him the specs I want and he'll set it because my SUV has a 2 in front 3 in rear lift so he don't know what to set it to!? Vary dissatisfied
