This is the worst company to work with. What they pay you is so reduced from your regular charges. Then trying to get someone on the phone to help with a claim is a nightmare. I have spent 4 days on the phone for a claim that is past due. I keep getting transferred and get no where . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE A PROVIDER
If there was less than one star that is what I would give Align Networks. We are located in California and I my company has been contracted with them for over a decade. We; have had a problem with them losing our claims for many years now and when we try to rebill they will tell us it is denied due to timely filing because by the time we do our audits on unpaid claims it is too late to bill Align.
