I had agonizing pain in my right hip. Dr. Alice Mendelson did a procedure on my hip. I was able to walk out of the clinic with little or no pain. I will refer Dr. Alice Mendelson to my family and friends.
I didn’t feel like the doctor was concerned about me & my problem. Not sure if it’s because of the virus or what. I had two torn meniscus,and after surgery I didn’t feel that the correct steps were taken. I was sent home with after surgery papers and machine that you put on the leg and it blows up and down but that was it. Weeks later there was still swelling in my knee, leg and foot. I really think this practice has good doctors. Dr. Alice knows her stuff and I’d recommend her. She will continue to be my Dr. for any orthopedic needs.
Not very gentle. Also there seems to be a lot of staff saying “it’s office policy” a term to get away with something when they don’t want to deal with it. Such as family members. My mom is 80 years old and I’m being told by a guy who does xrays that I can’t come with my mom to speak with a SURGEON because it’s “policy”? VERY BADLY DONE DOCTORS!!
