My visit with Dr. Alice Mendelson was great. She's no nonsense, comes in - greets you, talks w/you regarding body ailments (hands on) & X-rays( if any) asks if any questions, & discusses the options. Then you are done.
Dr Alice is very concerned about you and how you are feeling.
Everyone I came into contact with was very helpful and kind. Appointment was on time and not rushed.
She is always willing to take her time with you and listen to your concerns. I don’t think I would ever change doctors.
This by far was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. This doctor Alice, was very biased, very unprofessional, possessed extremely poor work ethics and was rude to me for no reason at all. She did apologize after I showed her pictures of my injuries, but that was after she ridiculed me for even being seeking help. She did tell me I had a loose disc in my neck, but had she just done her job, without judging me, this could have been a better experience. Dr Alice has treated me for calcific tendinitis in my shoulder and for a fractured hip and it has helped me very much for both. I think she is a very good doctor.
Dr Alice performed shoulder surgery on me in 2012 and I have been pain free since…until recently. I went back to see her and she is still the same friendly, thorough, and straight to the point doc. I was so glad she was still there for me to see since she did my other surgery and I trust her. She will not steer you wrong and will not make a quick decision for surgery. She will exhaust all other options and work with you to your comfort level. Highly recommended!
Dr Alice and her staff made my osteo experiences with them so rewarding! Kindness, professionalism, and competency abound in their practice. I had 3 different problems, all resolved. 2 surgeries and even a rewarding experience with their OT therapist. I trust her with my well-being.
The staff very friendly and Dr. Alice will take all the time you need. You are not rushed
