I lived at Alicante for 5 years and during that time I had nothing but a great experience with both the property and staff. The property was always well kept and they continuously were making upgrades to the public areas. The office staff was super friendly and very attentive to your needs. The service and maintenance team were fantastic and very fast to get things fixed and always friendly. I was sad to leave Alicante and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have lived at the Alicante for the past 13 years and there is nowhere else that offers the same mix of amazing service from the front office and maintenance staff as well as offering tremendous value. The area is great, anything you need is just up the road and it is conveniently located near the 73 which is a great route to take if you want to cut drive time to either San Diego or Los Angeles. Since I moved to Alicante my experience has been nothing but positive. The maintenance staff is also very responsive. The people at the office Yvonne, Marzi, Raz, Olga and Karen are so sweet and helpful. I feel that this is my home and they are my family. I love the events that they do. Thank you

Marzi at the main office is just wonderful. Professional, polished, and goes well out of her way to make sure where I call home is perfect. From helping me while I was undecided where to live, she was so professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help with all my questions and concerns. Helped explain perfectly the lease and follows up to see how we are enjoying our apartment. Between Marzi, Karen, Olga, and Yvonne, I feel so spoiled!
