RecommendedLove living here so far. My wife and I are a short walk to work downtown and we have plenty of things to do with our dog in the area. The staff is very helpful and kind. In terms of the rooms, I love the view and the living room feels HUGE for a Seattle apartment. Well priced too!

RecommendedFive stars are not enough to show how happy I am with Alize, especially in regards to the staff and Manager, Everyone on staff is professional, courteous, and quick to help with whatever you need. This apartment community is the "Best" I have had the opportunity to live in. The location is amazing. I have personally had a nice maintenance response and they were out in less then 24 hrs and the items were repaired before they left. This apartment community is the "Best" I have had the opportunity to live in for 2 years. close ... read more

We worked with Susan from day one and she did an amazing job preparing our leasing documents and worked with us to be able to get the best deal for our preferences. Even with COVID-19 being a factor, which could have made things harder; Susan made it seem like we were there in person and was easily accessible during the entire process! Place has gone downhill since COVID-19. Amenities have all been shut down with no relief coming on the rent payment. Yard work takes place 5 of 7 days of the week throughout all hours of the day. No parking enforcement (count the cars that are illegally backed in to parking spots) and reckless driving with kids present. Community board is heavily censored and any content that may be considered critical of the community is taken down. Never received the original “gift” that was promised when signing the lease. Complaints come... read more
