This place is terrible. There’s no parking anywhere. You have to pay for valet trash that never gets picked up. It’s rat and spider infested. The management team will disrespect you and charge you for things that they didn’t repair. No communication. The manager is a joke.

Although I haven’t officially moved in yet, my experience with the Mill has been very good. More specifically, dealing with the leasing consultant Katelyn Fridlund has been a delight. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that all my questions have been answered and that everything is ready to go for the move in! Looking forward to it!
I recently decided to move into The Mill and from day one, the experience with them has been excellent! Very helpful and professional staff who make the application process a breeze. The building itself is phenomenal. Love the location and all of the great amenities that come along with it (especially the hot tub and rooftop patio)! Highly recommend The Mill and vouch for their hospitality and welcoming atmosphere.

My husband and I lived here in 2015-2016 and loved the time we had here. We moved after a year to be closer to family. But recently moved back to the area and instantly signed a new lease here because we missed it so much.

I am going on 3 years living at Tower 737 & I have no complaints! The move-in process was a breeze! I did a virtual tour because I was moving from Hawai’i and the leasing agent made sure I knew what the apartment looked like before moving in. The apartment complex overall is kept clean and the amenities are great! (Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, those amenities are closed) I am happy with the service I’ve received over the years! Also, you can’t beat the views!
