Place has gone downhill since COVID-19. Amenities have all been shut down with no relief coming on the rent payment. Yard work takes place 5 of 7 days of the week throughout all hours of the day. No parking enforcement (count the cars that are illegally backed in to parking spots) and reckless driving with kids present. Community board is heavily censored and any content that may be considered critical of the community is taken down. Never received the original “gift” that was promised when signing the lease. Great clean and homie place to live
I just moved in, and I’m loving it so far! Joseph Fernandez and the whole team made the entire moving experience super smooth. Huge props for creating such a great customer experience. Thanks again!
I love living here. This is my 3rd year, and I feel like family with the leasing office staff. The manager always has a treat for my dog, the front desk staff are always nice and things are done fast. And the maintenance guys are awesome. They do really good job, quick and clean. Oh and they have fruit trees in the garden! Feels like a home.

We moved to Aliso Viejo about 6 months ago and began our apartment search. Alicante was the first apartment that we viewed but we still wanted to see what else was in the area. Over a period of about 3 months we looked and looked at almost every apartment in the area and we always came back to Alicante.
