He maked me feel comfortable and cared for. He found the genius of the medical problem and corrected it. Another doctor I had been seeing misdiagnosed the illness.
Dr. Shirvani is a well respected Urologist!! Dr. Shirvani was my father's Urologist at Baylor Scott & White Hospital when my father was hospitalized back in June 2016 with Uriniary Tract Infection and Enlarged Prostate. Dr. Shirvani performed the Green Light Laser Surgery and it corrected my father's enlarged prostate issues and he is doing great! I was with my father at each and every follow up appointments and Irma, his Registered Nurse was very helpful.
My first appt was in the spring of 2016. My follow up was in Nov of 2016. I had to go back in 2017 because I was having issues again. I was told to go for an xray. No paperwork at the hospital. My appt with the Dr was on a Tuesday so I had to cancel that appt. I went back to Baylor Carrollton on Wednesday for the xray and had my appt on Thursday. The office was to call me on Friday to schedule me for lithotripsy and I was never called back. Have asked for my records to be sent to new dr.
I was referred to Dr. Shirvani after two hospitializations and years of serious infections. He was able to find the root cause within 2 visits and I have since been infection free. He makes you feel extremely comfortable and his staff is outstanding. I strongly recommend Dr. Shirvani for any urology needs!
My visit was some sort of sad joke. Right when I was there, someone was arguing with the front staff, and police were called on her. It took nearly an hour to see nurse, and an hour and a half to see the doctor. I was there for over 2 hours total. When I finally saw Dr. Shirvani, he was super pissed off because I was paying out of pocket, and told me to go somewhere else. He left the room, and I tried to talk to him more and he ignored me.
