Great. It was my first visit and I am very impressed. Nice office and wonderful staff. I was very impressed particularly with the person who took blood for test, normally it takes several attempts to locate a vein but in my case here it took only seconds to locate the vein and to draw blood.
Has become more than a doctor. He is more like a friend.
Everyone was friendly. Got right in on time and was done very quickly.
I highly recommend Dr. Shirvani as a Urologist. He’s attentive and clearly explains issues.
Worst customer service you can ever have, the doctor is great, but the customer service is really bad. I try to call them there is no answer. They always say they’re in the clinic. One thing that I want to say they took my urine and did a diagnostic to it without a permission. I didn’t know about it, so that microgren sent me a bill from nowhere. Excellent doctor who takes the time to listen to your needs. Health matters were resolved after one visit. Very professional run front desk and his assistants.
if you need to see the urologist, please skip Dr. Ali. His staff is ok but Dr. Ali was rude, didn't listen what I was trying to say or was going through. didn't explain what can cause issue I have. Medicine he gave me put me in more pain then I was before visiting him. and talking on medicine, didn't discuss what he gave me and why. He ignored me like I didn't paid to see him. Wish he can lower his attitude little and really help his patients.
I went to visit Shirvani as I have pain near my bladder region. He conducted few tests and he quickly came in and told that he prescribed few medicines and he was in a rush to send me to out of the room without explaining the problem clearly. Just because I insisted that my family has history with kidney stones, he asked me to get an xray which turned out to be a different issue. I was referred by my PCP after blood work showed possible bladder or kidney issues. Dr Shirvani ran some tests, including cystoscopy, and determined I had severe case of BPH and recommended TURP procedure. We discussed the pros and cons of my condition and surgery, he answered all my questions, and together we decided to move forward. Post Op, the positive change in my overall health has been remarkable and my BPH symptoms are much less a problem.
