Dr Pickens is on time and you don't have to wait.
This office has been so painful and stressful to deal with. I’ve been treated like a nuisance. The doctor spent the majority of his time with me recollecting my history and checking his texts (and snapped at me once). I appreciated the 5 minutes of education he gave me. Great. It was my first visit and I am very impressed. Nice office and wonderful staff. I was very impressed particularly with the person who took blood for test, normally it takes several attempts to locate a vein but in my case here it took only seconds to locate the vein and to draw blood.
Compassion coupled with easily understood explanations. Follow through was likewise efficient and effective.
He saved my life!!! :-)

Dr Bailey was very thorough and answered all my questions. The staff was very friendly and and my appointment was in a timely manner.
Dr Pickens processed me like cattle with no consideration of my issues. He didn't even know that you had to check for estrogen of a man when he started me on testosterone shots. Hello, males and females both have testosterone and estrogen. When you are overweight as a male, your body turns your testosterone into estrogen, and you have to take an estrogen blocker. I went to consult with Dr Bailey regarding my high PSA reading, and he did a biopsy on my prostrate. I was informed that I had advance prostrate cancer. He sent me to CT Scan. the result showed the cancer was confined to my prostrate. Then Dr Bailey recommended Radiation treatment. I completed 9 weeks of radiation. 2 PSA test followed showed almost zero. Overall, I was vert satisfied with Dr Bailey's performance and competence. I went to Dr Howard for a UTI. In essence he said he didn’t think I had an infection because the urine specimen that was collected in the office did not indicate an infection and didn’t feel medication would be beneficial. After a few minutes of conversation Dr Howard said if I felt it was necessary he would order a culture. As a patient, I did not think this was an appropriate attitude since I had all the symptoms of a UTI. The culture came indicating I did have a UTI!
