Driver is on top of it! Friendly and prompt! Update!! This company was bought a few months ago I think and now their service is the absolute worst!! After multiple over bills and delivery mistakes and ZERO response from their customer service and multiple hours lost on hold and after multiple transfers and being told to go talk to Costco and that not working and on and on, we still don’t know what to do to get things fixed. I would love to cancel the service if I can figure out how!
Customer service has gone down since the merge. They deleted my account. I tried for over 2 months to get through to find out how to get back in the system for my business. My deliver guy at home said the merge was a disaster. Now, they sent me to collection after not returning any messages, emails or other attempts to get help on my business account. Looking for a new service that is not tied in to this 'group' of different water delivery. If I could give a -5 I would!!
We dealt with this company for almost 10 years and then all of a sudden it turned into a joke. Things like getting shorted on our delivery to being double billed. Then when I called to try to talk to someone the person I spoke to was frustrating. when I asked to speak to a supervisor they kept trying to go on and on I couldn't believe it.that was the end
They have left us without water for over a week. (We can't drink the water where we live.) They keep delaying our delivery. It was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd. Our new delivery date is the 14th!!! Today is the 10th. They told us they would take off our delivery fee. Really? $5 for having to go and purchase water from the grocery store? USE ANOTHER COMPANY This company was great before Primo water took over. Even then, we had a couple drivers that were really good with us and worked with the bad system that Primo put in. Now, our good drivers have been replaced with... well... I don't know who these guys are. You order Alhambra, and they try to bait and switch you by delivering Pure Life, which I can buy at the grocery store for half the price.
