Charged for $50 but never received the water. You call and they say they’ll deliver on the next one. Never heard back. Now all the upcoming deliveries have been skipped on the website, not done by me.
So disappointed. Always a different delivery person leaving water at the wrong address and not seeing the returns...such a hassle every time. We're done.
Needed a new cooler because ours was leaking and the delivery person went out of his way to make sure we received our new cooler in a timely manner and kept in contact with us to let us know when it arrived. Great job. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.
