I would give zero if I could. Primo SUCKS!!! They rescheduled my cleaning of my machine 11 times in 1 year and 2 months. Literally could not get anyone to show up. They would say he can't find your suite or they don't have anyone. Really in 1 year and 2 months you have had NO ONE! Get out of here. Literally lying to your clients is just unacceptable. Since Primo took over and are affiliated with Costco they are way way way to busy for all their clientel. BEWARE.
IF i could give a 0 i would. The sales rep signed us up for two different accounts attempted to deliver and then billed us! They dropped off the water gallons and dispensers outside the parking lot without notice to one of the locations. Their delivery, their customer service and their sales are horrible! After sharing the whole story to their customer rep he still tried to persuade us to keep the account! He wouldn't stop! Literally asked me 10 times for me not to close the accounts. Embarrassing!
AVOID!!!!! Primo Brands is now the 3rd company to take over my contract for water delivery services. I ended up canceling my account after noticing steady increases for rental fees, and the fact that I do not use my water services nearly enough to justify the ever-increasing costs. After they tried to implement a $100 maintenance/cleaning service for my rented equipment (the first of any such fee in nearly 10 years of service) I decided to cancel my account. Worst customer service ever stay away from this company.
Driver is on top of it! Friendly and prompt! Update!! This company was bought a few months ago I think and now their service is the absolute worst!! After multiple over bills and delivery mistakes and ZERO response from their customer service and multiple hours lost on hold and after multiple transfers and being told to go talk to Costco and that not working and on and on, we still don’t know what to do to get things fixed. I would love to cancel the service if I can figure out how!
