They have left us without water for over a week. (We can't drink the water where we live.) They keep delaying our delivery. It was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd. Our new delivery date is the 14th!!! Today is the 10th. They told us they would take off our delivery fee. Really? $5 for having to go and purchase water from the grocery store? USE ANOTHER COMPANY This company was great before Primo water took over. Even then, we had a couple drivers that were really good with us and worked with the bad system that Primo put in. Now, our good drivers have been replaced with... well... I don't know who these guys are. You order Alhambra, and they try to bait and switch you by delivering Pure Life, which I can buy at the grocery store for half the price. worse service provider we have ever had. miss delivery date by 5 days on average, then brings the wrong product. No local phone number and the 800 line can not find our account. (we have had the same account with Alhambra for 34 years.)
If I could give less the 1 star I would. Primo took over Alhambra and its been nothing but problems. The final straw was when they couldn't guarantee water delivered in 3 gallon jugs. My husband and I are older and we cant li8ft the 10 gallon jugs. We count on this water for drinking and cooking. Shame on you Primo.
We haven't received water in a week, will start looking for a different company.
