I'm trying to set up my first time delivery service & I'm disappointed that someone over the age of 18 needs to be home from Tuesday- Friday to accept delivery. I work those days & there is no one home during those hours/days to accept the water jugs that I'm pre paying for. Quite inconvenienced by having to plan to take a day's worth of pay so I can be home from 7am-6pm to accept delivery.
Our Alhambra service is now a week late. We cannot get anyone on the phone and have tried for days. This sucks!
HORRIBLE SERVICE! Customer for 8 years they missed delivery due to changing routes?! They don’t even notify you in advance so I call and I’ve been on hold for over an hour to talk to someone! This is ridiculous!!!
