The technician, Lawrence, called and texted me about half an hour before the scheduled time to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. After checking out the air ducts, Lawrence explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what needed to be done. He was detailed and worked quickly and carefully. I would gladly recommend their air duct cleaning services to anyone who needs them.
