Sergio from the service department was amazing and extremely helpful! We bought a GMC Acadia from a used dealer (zoom motors) AND THEY SOLD US A BROKEN TRUCK ! thank you to Sergio and his team for helping us out! Will recommend everyone we know to this you guys! Everyone is so nice!!! Wish we would have came here instead!! Thank you again to the gmc dealer for everything!
I bought a gmc terrain from roberts auto sales and it had a warranty from gmc so we took it to Alfred Matthews. At first I did not know I had a manufacturers warranty until I spoke with the service dept they got my car in the next am gave me a loaner car, washed and changed the oil and fixed the problem in one day . I picked my car up by 6 that evening. Everybody was so polite, helpful and kind. I would highly recommend Alfred Matthews to anyone. Thank you
They have mechanics creating problems that your car / Truck dont have, then screw YOU without asking do you need lubricating. ......
Brought my car in to have it detailed. Got it back with a giant chip in the paint. Then they had the nerve to charge me for the touch up paint to fix it. Definitely not the kind of customer service they have provided in the past.
