Very disappointed with the service that was received today. Needing a quote and had a rude sales person! Already dealing with a crappy situation and had to deal with a crappy service man! It's ok you don't want our service or money then I can take my business elsewhere!

I took my truck here because the transmission cooler lines were rubbing on the frame and caused a leak. I was told it was not covered under warrantee and that i had to pay out of pocket. This is a known issue with these trucks and other dealers are repairing them for free. I shoulda went somewhere else.
The service and everything about the experience was wonderful. Kinda sad my picture didn’t end up on this page but other than that I freaking love everything about Alfred Matthews, all cars moving forward will be purchased from you and your team.
We were looking for a bigger car since we had baby on the way and needed more space. We looked at many dealerships for best deals and we found it here. They also gave us the most value for our trade in compared to all the dealerships we went to. We Purchased our new 2018 GMC Acadia back in February, they didn’t have the color we wanted but they went out of there way to find it and bring it to us. We are extremely happy with it. We will be coming back in the future to purchase a truck. Thanks to the staff for the help.
