There service department is awful! Kept our vehicle for 3 weeks, and we had it back for one week and the engine light comes back on. We take it back in, and they tell us it's not the part that they worked on, so they will not fix it. Meanwhile my husband had already scanned the car before taking it in and YES, the codes were all part of the part they had previously fixed!! I absolutely love the people at Alfred Matthews! Sergio in service is the best! I had to take my terrain in and as soon as I got there he had a car waiting for me. They had to keep my car for about two weeks and he constantly kept me updated. I mentioned that the loaner car was small and he immediately offered me a larger vehicle. When I went to pick up my car I was running late for work and as soon as I got there he had my car ready and I was literally out of there in 5 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone.
