Terrrible Experience – Brought vehicle in for cold start hesitation. Was told the mass airflow sensor (MAF) had failed, despite the SES light not being on. Was informed that my "aftermarket" air filters were to blame. A few hundred dollars, a MAF, a new overpriced NISSAN air filter and a day later, I start the car and wouldn't you know it, it's still hesitating. Poor Nissan Service / Knowledge – We have a 2004 Nissan Quest and only use dealers for service. Used Wilson to rotate tires, replace break pads (was told rotors were fine) and front end alignment. The work was completed but the front end would really shake under certain conditions. When returned to Wilson, we were told it was the rotors (all of a sudden) and was charged for additional work.
