I took my Maserati in for its 12 month service & I am shocked to say how I was treated. I had a 9AM appointment to drop off my vehicle & the service manager had already asked if I would need a loaner car until my car was finished. When I walked in dealership there wasn’t anyone at the front desk so i had to find the service manager, (who was NOT FRIENDLY at ALL) to then to tell me that someone from Enterprise would be arriving shortly.... we bought a Buick enclave there just in the last week. of course they wanted this off their lot ASAP. 1. the manager saying he will toss in the gap insurance like it was a deal then come to find out they have to offer it and we paid for it. 2. KB on my trade in was $800/1000. they gave $500 said they was a deal. 3. said tax and tags would be included they were not. 4. they never really cleaned the car out there was old food under the back seats like m&ms and lucky charms. it was gross.
