Dr. Chris and his staff are great. I had a load of overdue maintenance that kept me in the chair for three hours. Great attention to detail and caring attention to my comfort. Very much appreciated and will be going back! Thank you to everyone at Alpha Dental for a job well done.
I had a crown replaced here, they did a great job, however I discovered my insurance paid more than I owed and I was never notified I had a credit until I went over my insurance invoice. It has been over a month since I discovered this, and I have still not received my refund.
I’ve come here for many years and generally I like this location but I was waiting for a call for months after trying to get an appointment through their website. I never got a call back! I finally decide to call and they don’t even have appointments for the rest of the year! Why are you guys closed on Fridays? Why couldn’t I get a call back after inquiring for an appointment months ago? Very frustrating.
I rely appreciated the professional approach and wonderfully job Dr. Truc did, above all his approch towords his patients is friendly and explaining details before and after job done. I had 3 filling and one crown, within 3 appointment all the pain I had and uncomfortable during uper and lower side bitting is gone. Thankyou Dr. Truc
Doctor Truc is very caring and focused on providing standard of care to all patients. He speaks Spanish and French in addition to English.
