In November 1964, Inspired by the people of Rolla, Alex Kallas and his wife Froso Kallas chose the location for his restaurant. He believed here in Rolla there was something special about the people, the town, and how he could be part of it. As the years pased Alex's Pizza Palace became part of Rolla, a tradition, and a famous spot that contains many memories and a part of this history of the city. Now when poeple come back to Rolla, they always have an Alex's Pizza.

The pizza was fantastic made from scratch crust and all. The service was a little slow, but would definitely go back.
We just love this place. From the pizza and pasta to he salad and gyros. And I could just eat a bowl of that meat sauce. �
