In November 1964, Inspired by the people of Rolla, Alex Kallas and his wife Froso Kallas chose the location for his restaurant. He believed here in Rolla there was something special about the people, the town, and how he could be part of it. As the years pased Alex's Pizza Palace became part of Rolla, a tradition, and a famous spot that contains many memories and a part of this history of the city. Now when poeple come back to Rolla, they always have an Alex's Pizza.

In town on vacation and we had their pizza delivered to our hotel and it was very good. Thin crust style, and outstanding.
I ordered the Chicken Philly sandwich last night for dinner, ate 1/2 of it then and just finished the 2nd 1/2 for lunch. This sandwich is AMAZING!!! It's a must try for anyone that loves chicken or just even kinda likes it. There isn't a better chicken sandwich in Rolla and I'm pretty sure I've had one from almost every restaurant in town. Way to go Alex's!!!!
Can't wait to go back for pizza. We had the toasted rags they were good too. And great service.
