In November 1964, Inspired by the people of Rolla, Alex Kallas and his wife Froso Kallas chose the location for his restaurant. He believed here in Rolla there was something special about the people, the town, and how he could be part of it. As the years pased Alex's Pizza Palace became part of Rolla, a tradition, and a famous spot that contains many memories and a part of this history of the city. Now when poeple come back to Rolla, they always have an Alex's Pizza.

Hadn`t been there in several years, Couldn`t believe the wonderful changes that had been made since I was there last. The "new" place is beautiful, the staff was so accommodating and friendly and the food was as good as it has always been for the past 40 years. Already looking forward to going back and sitting at that beautiful bar.
Been enjoying Alex’s Pizza for more than 40 years. My fav pizza is the House. Their Greek pizza is a close second. My choice of local restaurant to meet with friends.....
