We were in the market for a new truck on very short notice. Chris and the finance team helped us every step of the way and got us on the road in a fantastic and reliable vehicle. I definitely recommend!
Poor customer service after the sale of a vehicle.Not honest! They need to treat the customer as a customer for life not just a one time sale. I would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from here all kinds of things could go wrong.

Horrible customer service!!! Was promised a second key by the salesman for my car which I did not receive and after calling several times to talk to a manager for weeks because they kept telling me they would call me back I was informed that I would be expected to pay $400 because The salesman lied and had been fired. I even had to get another Vaughn in Bunkie to get my license plate and registration done because they can’t keep employees to do their job in Alexandria.
