Dr. Arnold is a wonderful oral surgeon. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed and the procedure went better than expected. I had very little pain and no swelling.

They are thorough and patient in answering all questions. They tell you what you can expect during each procedure, which is very comforting. I have had 2 procedures and each have been professionally handled by Dr. Smith and staff.

I came to Alexandria Oral Surgery to get my wisdom teeth out. As most people are I get very anxious at the dentist, but the staff at AOS were so friendly from the start; from calling to set up my appointment to even after I got my surgery done that I did not have as much anxiety. Having such friendly and wonderful staff is a great plus and makes it a much better experience. Very informative consultation Knowledgeable office staff 5 days after my son had his wisdom teeth removed he was still having excessive pain so I called the office and with no hesitation was told to have him go back in and they would check to make sure there were no issues and he was healing properly. He was taken care of right away when he arrived which was a huge relief for him as well as myself.
