They worked with my health insurance company to make sure my procedure was covered, which was time consuming for them, but they did it cheerfully. On procedure day, I didn't have to wait long and it was quick and painless. The nurses made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Arnold is world-class and this area is lucky to have him.
