Jim and all the people I worked with at Alexandria Motors are awesome. They very helpful and explain everything through the entire buying process and Jim went through the truck and trained and explained the features. This dealership is well worth the drive. I called Sam on a Friday (couple hours before they closed) and asked about a new 2500HD they had in stock. Kyle from finance called me back within a few minutes and worked out the financing (which took about 5 minutes on the phone). Called Kyle the next morning and said I was going to make the 2 1/2 hour drive up. He had the truck and a cup of coffee waiting when I walked in the door! Thank you Paul! Didn't know if I would like my XT5 ( had my heart set on a ATS - but it was too small for my still growing son) but I am really enjoying it. Paul was super accommodating- showed me all my options. He even brought in a vehicle that they did not have on the lot to make sure I would be happy with my choice. When I made my choice he got me a fair price.
