Everybody there is so friendly and willing to help. I've been working with them for 3 years now and have got 2 Chevy Silverados from them. Service department is always fast and courteous and I can't wait to get truck #3!
Just picked a 2003 Silverado and it is fantastic. They made the buying experience easy and Hassel free. I saw the ad online for the truck and emailed them about it, within no time JR had replied and sent me pictures. He made sure I had no other questions or concerns about the vehicle before we set up a time for me to come look at it. JR and the rest of the sales consultants were very friendly, and made the dealership very comfortable. I highly recommend Alexandria Motors to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.
I bought my first car from Alexandria motors yesterday and couldn't be more comfortable with my purchase! Chuck did everything he could to ensure I would be leaving with a car that was perfect for me!
They were awesome! I arrived a half hour early for my appointment because I was stranded in Alexandria on my way to Fargo. They got me in earlier then my appointment, got my car situated for me quickly, and didn't charge me an unreasonable price! I am so thankful for their ability to situate an out of town person, and their customer service.
