service dept. used vehicle inspection is very poor. had problems first 2 days with vehicle that was not functional and they wont fix all problems. all issues should have been found on used vehicle inspection. wash bay had used vehicle i bought for a day and half in shop and came back to me still gross! worked in dealerships for 10 years and stood behind product before and after sale...they do not. very friendly people though. just dont stand behind what they sell.

Sales person was great however the service department was disappointing. Leasing a brand new 2019 Chevy Equinox and 2 tires were bald at 6,000 miles. Dealership wont pay for the 2 new tires even though the vehicle came from the Factory with the alignment issue. They claimed on the phone they dont have the manpower to check every vehicles alignment before they sell them. Highly disappointed they expect me to pay for the tires when the vehicle was sold out of alignment when purchased brand new.
We had stopped here while we car shopped. The sales man told us he was going to have a vehicle in our price range brought in for us and that he would call us the following week when it was in. We were super excited and never heard back from him. Clearly Alexandria Motors didn't car for our money or maybe we are just too lower class for them. Either way, we went to another dealer in town and left with a beautiful vehicle! Next time we won't waste our time with Alex Motors.
I bought my first brand new vehicle here, the sales team was excellent! They answered all my questions and showed me how all the gadgets work but, they also gave me a tour of the facility telling me this is where you drive up for a service at any time. Well this morning I drove in for an oil change and nope, have to schedule an appointment, they turned me away. Bought our first brand new vehicle here and the experience couldn’t have been faster and more smooth. No pressure. We were from out of town so we communicated the day before via phone and text. Robb was honest and up front and kept his word on everything. Offered me top value for my trade in. We were in and out and back on the road in our beautiful equinox. Worth the drive from Fargo and Way better than gateway! 5 stars to Robb and the team!! I joked that we got more pressure from on star than we did from the dealership!
I am extremely happy and satisfied with my new 2019 Chevy Silverado purchase. Thank you Jim Fearing and all the staff that help make this an excellent experience.
