I was a customer for 17 years and never had a problem with having their technicians in our home until the last visit. I always escorted them around but didn't do that last time due to my comfort with them and after the visit, discovered my mom's watch missing. At our request, their manager reviewed the issue and interviewed their technician (who had been employed for 3 months) and took his word that he didn't have anything to do with it.
