I had cervical fusion C3-C6 in 2011 with Dr Vaccaro, and everything went great. And then this past January 2026 I had to have complete cervical fusion from C1 to T1. He did a great job and everything seemed all intact and no issued whatsoever. A great guy with a great personality and obviously amazing at his job.
Dr. Vaccaro and his team are the finest physicians for treating spine disorders. I would recommend Dr. Vaccaro and his P.A. Brendan Magerr without reservation. Their care was exemplary, I would go nowhere else for treatment or surgery of the spine.

Consult appointment on a Tuesday, emergency surgery on my lumbar spine Thursday morning. Four weeks out, pain-free and mobile. 6 1/2 weeks out at my recheck appointment and other than restrictions for healing, I feel like I did a year and a half ago! Grateful daily for access to wonderful healthcare and the competence, confidence and skill of Dr. Alex Vaccaro.
