Alex and his team are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He expedited my deal flawlessly and most importantly patiently. On a deal that most would have given up but the 2 month mark, he stuck through with me till the end. Nearly 9 months (sellers fault) of his guidance to be able to close on a great investment property 120k+ under appraised value! I would definitely 100% recommend Alex if debating.
