I called in trying to get some assistance from a lawyer and a woman answered the phone being very rude and short with me and kept saying what's your deal like a 1970's flick her name is Pamela her customer service was the worst I've experienced in years, if I were anyone looking for help go with another law firm.
I was very disappointed by my experience with this law firm. I suffered an injury in July 2012 and contacted this firm in an effort to set up a consultation. After a couple of phone calls, I was informed that the firm was in the process of moving and would get back to when they were situated.
