BUYER BEWARE!! I bought a brand new 2020. It only had 4,000 miles and my transmission went out and 2 other things were wrong. It was in the shop 1 month. They gave me a old car to drive as a loaner that all my kids wouldn’t even fit in much less my special needs baby medical equipment!! When I picked up my car they said they cleaned my car which was a lie because it was filthy and smelled like transmission fluid!! I have had nothing but trouble out of them and I will NEVER do business with them again!!

one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made everyone from our sales person Warren to the sales management and finance person were all top notch.
Horrible experience. My vehicle had rodents get in and chew up a wiring harness inside the vehicle. Me being a refrigeration tech that's worked on multimillion dollar systems diagnosed down the harness to fix it. Its amazing when you can think for yourself and work on your own things. However the insurance company requires a Ford tech to do the work and pay for it. Alexander Ford denied the work claiming an "integrity". We just visited picking up my new car. Everyone was friendly and gave us the home town feels. They hooked up our son with popcorn and a movie while we got the paperwork done. What a nice group!
