Alexan Ashford is a beautiful property but lacks compassion and empathy for the tenants it serves. It’s disheartening and I would say also unprofessional.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Alexan Ashford. The staff has been phenomenal - they’ve been very attentive to my needs. I’ve always felt safe and haven’t heard any noise at all from my neighbors. I would love to stay here, but am moving closer to work.
