We’ve been here going on 3 weeks now. At first glance this place was absolutely everything we were looking for, however when we made a list of things that needed to be fixed upon move-in they have still not been fixed. Water fills the floor when taking a shower because the seal will not be fixed and they are in no hurry to fix. They claim they are so strict on not picking up after your pet but yet won’t keep poop bags supply filled or keep their residents responsible for their pets. RecommendedBeen here for almost 2 years now and I highly recommend these apartment! Very nice staff! I appreciate them and the manager very much! For whenever I have something come up they are very eager to help. Love the layouts and floor plans and as well as the location. Best location in the memorial, Energey corridor area! Thank you guys!

Good Tour...Nice apartment with good amenities, training equipment/gym
Apartment complex has new owners and the maintenance is completely unacceptable. An entrance gate to the dog park has been broken for months. Have filed work orders but has never been fixed. The security to the complex is compromised by that door and many doors from the parking garage never working. There was a break in a few weeks ago. Leaving as soon as my lease is up which is sad after living here for 2 years.
Love the place very quite! Wish the library was open later and wish it had a pool table. Love the events! love living here =0)
