Alex and John are great! They responded right away, came to look and fixed the problem ASAP. After going to two different companies who blew me off because they were too busy, saying it would take them two weeks to get to me, while I had no AC and my apartment was 94 degrees with 72% humidity, I’m so relieved they helped me out. Good people with good integrity and very responsive. Go here if your system is out. They’ll take care of you.
We had Alex fix a faulty A/C unit that 2 other companies had trouble with. He was really fantastic - super thorough, honest, friendly, and he clearly knew his stuff. Really impressed with the way they conduct their business - highly recommend!

We went through half a dozen HVAC companies before a friend referred me to Alex and John. Both Alex and John have been fantastic to work with, assisting with seasonal maintenance, one-off issues and most recently an installation of an ERV system. They are professional, trustworthy and great at what they do. Highly recommend!
