We went through half a dozen HVAC companies before a friend referred me to Alex and John. Both Alex and John have been fantastic to work with, assisting with seasonal maintenance, one-off issues and most recently an installation of an ERV system. They are professional, trustworthy and great at what they do. Highly recommend!
These guys are hands down awesome. I have been using them for years - and I finally had to break down and get my AC unit replaced. Let's be honest, it's never a fun process doing these kinds of things - but John and Alex (and their team) make it that much better. Alex heating and AC has been awesome to work with. We’ve worked with them on bigger projects, like putting in new heat pump split systems, as well as the basic “why isn’t my AC cold anymore” issues. They’re fast, super communicative, and also really nice guys. Both John and Alex have been great to work with. Prices are fair, and it’s easy to trust them, as they’re quick to tell you when something *isn’t* worth replacing or fixing right now. Highly recommended business (and highly recommended humans, too).
