Everyone there is very nice and helpful. They answer any questions you may have. They are also very prompt with their service.

More attention should be given when return visit appointments are being made by receptionist that will ensure that the allotted time has passed per insurance requirements so that the patient will be covered by insurance for all return visits. The first reaction is always the first point of contact. When I called for the appt the receptionist was very caring, concerned and I felt truly trying to help. Even though they were booked she offered that I could come but I may have to wait for awhile. Given my circumstances I was more than happy to wait and glad she gave me an option.
