RecommendedThe reason I come here is for exceptional service. They did not disappoint today when I had an issue with a tarnished bracelet and really only went there to see if they could clean it because I was having no luck. They were unable to and gave me a new one which was much more than I expected. Thank you very much and I will continue to travel further to come to your store rather than ordering online!

This store is amazing! I love their merchandise, but the staff at the SoHo branch is amazing! Yesenia, the manager, is the friendliest sales person I've ever met! Literally could stay in their for an hour and have no idea she just talked you into buying a ton of stuff! Which is awesome! Very personable! Great stuff!
Awful customer service. Issue not resolved. I tell manager I am unhappy and there is silence. Guess you really don't care about the customers who keep you in business!
