Really great experience! The workers were really nice and helpful!
I absolutely love Alex and Ani products but my experience in store(this one in particular) was not a great one... I was not acknowledged upon entering and I had all intentions on getting my Sand Dollar bangle tonight but not one associate approached to see if I needed help....thanks for the rudeness ladies!!!

Great place to shop! The staff was so friendly and informative! I found some cute new bracelets for friends that hadn't hit the retail stores yet, plus some great sales! Can't wait to go back! The only drawback is the website advertised their opening time as 10 am and they didn't open until noon :(

I almost never leave a bad review but your sales associate yesterday was totally over the top. A friend and I went in just to look and the older woman there followed us to every counter. I couldn't browse at all for her constantly interrupting our conversation trying to push a sale. She was so harassing and obnoxious we finally left. Here's a suggestion - say hello and welcome the customer - tell them you're there to help if they need anything, then LEAVE THEM ALONE to actually look.
