My daughter and I had a great experience here. We started our collection yesterday and ended up buying 7 bracelets.
I can not say enough! I brought in a bracelet that had broke and without a receipt or anything they replaced it! Wonderful customer service!
Beautiful products. Horrendous customer service. I placed items on hold for all my kids teachers. The woman in the store (Jess) sold the items before I could pick them up. What's the point of email customer service when the woman writing the email doesn't even have the decency to do what she says she would do.
WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. All the girls are so fun and helpful!!
