I have been a patient of Dr. Posada's for nearly 14 years. He is not only a highly renowned and distinguished physician but also a true gentleman and family man with excellent people skills.
Pleasant and courteous environment. Attentive personell. And effective delivery of services.
Very nice experience. Efficient online check in. Courteous receptionist and pre up. Of course Dr. POSADA went straight to my problem and fix it.
Got there, and got attended to quickly, very efficient staff.
Terrible office! They incorrectly had my cell phone number in their file under someone named Pablo (that is not me!) I made repeated attempts to tell their staff to update their records by removing my number, however no one ever does!! I've received numerous harrasing phone calls and texts. Further, the office violated my privacy by sharing my phone number with South Florida Surgery center, from which I am now also receiving calls and texts. My first visit after a long wait for an orthopaedic specialist ... very efficient process with the staff. Dr Posada was clear and straightforward with his diagnosis after inquiring and listening well to my situation. I feel more confident about my next steps.
